Nice and clean office. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr. Master's is the best dentist I've had. I've had a tooth extracted in the past and had the WORST experience and the pain was excruciating. It was so much, that the pain medicine did not help. I'd rather give birth 10 times than to feel this pain. I recently had a tooth extracted at HEB dentistry with Dr Master's and I had ZERO PAIN. I repeat...I had ZERO PAIN. I didn't need to take my pain meds and I felt nothing. I found a dentist for life!

I've been a patient at H-E-B Family Dentistry for years now, and never have I had an unpleasant experience. The office staff, hygienists, and Dr. Master himself are all incredibly courteous and well-informed about their practice. I have no problem making the trek from Carrollton to Euless to get the customer-service I endure at H-E-B. The care I receive there is always fair, efficient, and painless. The new office is great!!!

I went in because I had a cracked tooth and I was in a lot of pain! I called to make the appointment and I was crying over the phone because I was afraid of going to the dentist. Mario and Beatrice made me feel so comfortable and told me not to cry. Dr. Master is a wonderful dentist and during the procedure he updates me on how it's going. I recommend everyone to come here if your looking for a new dentist.

I highly recommend H-E-B Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is very kind, and professional. I have been coming here for 5 years now, even after I moved to Dallas I still make the drive. If you're looking for a Dentist who has a steady hand, and loves what he does, Dr. Master is the way to go. If I could give 10 stars I would. Schedule your appointment today!!
